Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to spring mattresses only and covers manufacturing defects under normal household usage conditions.

The warranty period starts from the original purchase date stated on the invoice or order confirmation.

Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in spring system
  • Broken or damaged springs
  • Abnormal sagging caused by defective spring construction

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Foam softening from normal usage
  • Comfort preference changes
  • Normal body impressions
  • Fabric stains, burns, tears, or discoloration
  • Mold, water damage, or odor issues
  • Damage caused by misuse, jumping, folding, bending, or improper handling
  • Damage caused by improper bed frame or insufficient support
  • Commercial or rental usage unless stated otherwise
  • Bed bugs, pests, or hygiene-related conditions

Warranty Conditions

  1. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  2. Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  3. Mattress must be used on a proper flat and supportive bed frame.
  4. Warranty will be void if:
    • Product label is removed
    • Mattress is heavily stained or unhygienic
    • Product is altered or repaired by unauthorized parties
    • Mattress is misused or improperly handled
  5. Customer may be required to provide:
    • Photos/videos of defect
    • Product label photo
    • Invoice or order confirmation
    • Bed frame support photo
  6. Approved claims may be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent model.
  7. Transportation or delivery charges for warranty servicing may apply.
  8. Replacement product does not extend the original warranty period.
  9. Mattress For Everyone reserves the right to inspect and determine the validity of all warranty claims.

Mattress Care Guide

  • Rotate mattress every 2–3 months
  • Use a mattress protector
  • Keep mattress clean and dry
  • Do not jump or stand on mattress
  • Avoid folding spring mattresses
  • Ensure proper bed frame support
